What are the Symptoms of Anthrax?
Some symptoms of Cutaneous Anthrax:
- Groups of small blisters or bumps that may itch on the face, neck, arms, or hands
- Painless skin sores with black centers after small blisters or bumps
- Swelling that can occur around sores
Some symptoms of Gastrointestinal Anthrax:
- Fever and chills
- Swelling in the neck
- Sore Throat and Hoarseness
- Bloody vomit and diarrhea
- Red face and eyes
- Stomach pain and swelling
Some symptoms of Inhalation Anthrax:
- Fever and chills
- Shortness of breath/Dizziness
- Nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, etc.
- Head and body aches
- Extreme tiredness
Some symptoms of Injection Anthrax:
- Fever and chills
- Groups of small blisters and bumps near injection area
- Swelling around sores
- Abscesses deep under the skin or in muscles of injection
